Gift card terms of sale
Version 2026-10-12 · Seller: Card2Print, support@card2print.com
Who sells what
Card2Print sells you a gift card for the person your card is for. The gift card itself is issued by our gift card partner and the shop it's for, and their terms apply when it's used. Only the person who created the card can buy its gift card, and each card can have one.
Price
You pay the gift card's value plus our service fee (7%, with a minimum), both shown before you pay, in the gift card's currency. If your bank card is in another currency, your bank may convert it and charge you for that.
When it's bought and sent
We buy the gift card just before your card is delivered, and it's unwrapped at the end of the card. The recipient also gets a link to it by email. If the partner can't issue it, we keep trying for 24 hours, then refund you in full.
Changing or cancelling
Until the gift card is sent with your card, you can choose another shop of the same value, or cancel for a full refund to the card you paid with. You may also cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, as long as the gift card hasn't been sent. By scheduling your card, you ask us to send the gift card on that date; once it's sent, it is final and can't be refunded.
Using the gift card
A gift card has no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. Its expiry and how to use it are shown before you buy and with the gift. Keep the gift link safe: anyone with it can see the code.
Help
Every gift has a number (C2P-G-…), shown in your confirmation email. Quote it when you write to support@card2print.com, through the contact form (choose “A gift card”) or the live chat.
These gift card terms add to our Terms and Conditions; how we use personal data is in the Privacy notice.
