Help & support

Can't find your answer? Write to us, use the live chat (bottom right), or email support@card2print.com. A person replies within one working day. If it's about a card, please mention its card number (for example C2P-7KQ4-M9XT).

What is the free beta?

Card2Print is new, and while we learn what people need, it's free: start cards, collect messages, GIFs and photos, and deliver them, with just your name and email. Print-ready PDFs are free for every card during the beta. Other extras, such as premium covers, your photo as the cover and gift cards, show "Coming soon". When we fully launch, the card stays free and you'll only pay for extras you choose: we'll never charge you without asking. Tell us what you think.

What's my card number?

Every card has a number like C2P-7KQ4-M9XT. You'll find it on the back cover, in My cards next to the card's status, and at the top of Manage. If you contact us about a card, please mention it so we can find it quickly.

How do people sign the card?

Share the signing link (the Share button on your card). Anyone with it can add a message, a GIF or a photo from their phone. They don't need an account or an app.

I made a mistake in my message. Can I change it?

Yes. Open the card again from the same phone or computer you signed on and tap Edit my message. You can change or delete it until signing closes.

How does delivery work?

In Manage → Delivery, add the recipient's email and a date and time. We email them a link right on time, and signing closes. You can also tap Send now, or skip the email and share the recipient link yourself.

The recipient didn't get the email.

Ask them to check their spam or promotions folder. You can always send them the recipient link yourself: Share → Recipient on your card.

How do I get people to sign in time?

Tap Remind everyone on your card: it opens a ready-made reminder with the time left, for WhatsApp, a text or an email. If you gave your email (or you're signed in), we also remind you if nobody has signed after a day, and 2 days before it goes out.

Where are my cards?

When you start a card, we email you its links and a sign-in link: tap it and the card is saved in My cards, with every other card you start with that email. You can also sign in any time from My cards. Cards sent to you appear there too, under Received, when you sign in with the email they were delivered to.

How do I print the card?

Open your card, then Print (on a phone: Manage → Print). Choose A5 or A4, single pages or a folded card. You get a print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks for a home printer or a print shop. (During the free beta, print PDFs are coming soon.)

What does it cost?

Nothing: Card2Print is in free beta. Starting, signing and delivering cards is free. Print-ready PDFs are free too during the beta. Other extras (premium covers, your photo as the cover, gift cards) are coming soon; at full launch you'll only pay for the ones you choose. There's no subscription.

How do I delete a card or my account?

A card: Manage → Privacy & data → Delete card. Your account and all its cards: My cards → Account → Delete account. More in the privacy notice.

Someone wrote something offensive on a card.

If you made the card, you can hide or delete any message yourself (tap the message). If you signed or received it, tap Report on the message: our team reviews every report, usually within one working day, and if you leave your email we tell you what we decided and why. Authorities and anyone else can reach our contact point for illegal content at support@card2print.com.

How do I make a complaint?

Email support@card2print.com and say it's a complaint. You'll get a case number straight away, we'll reply within one working day, and we'll give you our final answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the consumer protection authority in your country (in Romania, ANPC at anpc.ro).
